PDP Accounting Program

BS Accounting

The Accounting PDP is an 18-month rotational program comprised of six assignments of varying duration in the functional areas listed below. Assignments are based upon business need. One assignment will be located at one of BASF's major manufacturing sites across the U.S. The remaining assignments will typically be located at BASF's North American Headquarters in Florham Park, NJ.

During the course of the program, the incumbent will be exposed to a wide array of technical and personal growth opportunities. We seek bright, geographically mobile, well-rounded individuals who are searching for an excellent entrance opportunity into the private accounting sector.

Upon successful completion of the program, the PDP employee will, based upon existing opportunities at that time, be able to choose a permanent placement opportunity within one of the above accounting functions. Subsequently, opportunities for advancement will be based upon performance and will include not only the above mentioned areas but also other financial assignments.

Upon completion of the program, PDP employees are encouraged to pursue an MBA degree.
