| BASF donates $1,500 to Danville High School
Grant will support purchase of new computer equipment
DECATUR, Ala., September 28, 2004 -- BASF today presented Danville
High School with a $1,500 “Helping Make Communities Better”
grant that will be used to purchase new computer equipment.
"BASF's donation is greatly appreciated," said Gilmer
Ellis, Principal of Danville High School. "As with previous
donations the company has made, the funding will be put to good
use to help support our students."
"We're proud to continue our partnership with Danville High
School," said John Brock, Manager of BASF's Decatur site. "BASF

have a strong commitment to helping make the schools and communities
in which we live and work better. We're glad to help support the
school’s technological resources."
Approximately 160 employees work at BASF's Decatur site. The site
produces a variety of industrial coatings products.
