BASF Dispersions and Paper Chemicals Group expands
content and languages on its internet site

CHARLOTTE, September 25, 2000 - To reflect the informational and service needs of its North American customer base, BASF Corporation's Dispersions and Paper Chemicals business group recently expanded the content and language capabilities of its Internet site. Information on the group's Internet site is now available in English, Spanish and French.

Two Internet addresses can be used to reach the Dispersions and Paper Chemicals group's home page: www.basf.com/dispersions or www.basf.com/paperchemicals. Information and resources now available on the site include:

  • Overviews on the group's five business units (Paper Chemicals, Coatings Raw Materials, Adhesive Raw Materials, Asphalt Modifiers, and Textile Nonwovens and Carpet Backings);
  • E-commerce capabilities for customers to place orders and review Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS);
  • Case studies of BASF providing business solutions to meet customers' needs; and
  • Reviews of resources, technical expertise and future-driven innovations.
