The BASF Coatings Technical Support Center includes the BASF Industrial Coatings Customer Care center in Whitehouse, Ohio and the Color Lab in Decatur, Alabama. The Customer Care Center serves as the business’s
focal point for processing customer orders, providing technical
information, managing business-related inquiries and strengthening
relations between BASF and its customers. The Lab helps to
make sure that BASF customers can count on precise color standards
in their production line.

from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time. The Center also
maintains a 24-hour emergency number, which can be accessed
after normal business hours by calling the Center’s
888 number.
