Ultrasint® TPU 90 flex

Parts created from this thermoplastic polyurethane boast a unique combination of qualities: They are flexible, of rubber-like elasticity and highly resistant to wear, abrasion and chemicals.

Developed for SLS 3D printing, Ultrasint® TPU 90 flex is a fully functional and strong material especially suited for hard-soft systems. Its low processing temperatures and a recycling rate of up to 100% make this TPU powder an exceptionally cost and time effective option.

Which 3D printers should I use with Ultrasint® TPU 90 flex?

Ultrasint® TPU 90 flex has been tested on most conventional SLS machines and on printers of all sizes. At processing temperatures of below 130° C, printing with Ultrasint® TPU 90 flex can save time and reduce energy costs. We provide printer processing guidelines including parameterst to help you get the most out of this industrial-grade plastic powder. In addition, consultancy and on-site support is available to help ensure the material performs on your printer.
