BASF finaliseert de overname van activiteiten en bedrijfsonderdelen van Bayer
BASF heeft met succes de overname van een deel van de activiteiten en bedrijfsonderdelen van Bayer afgerond. De transactie betekent een strategische aanvulling op het vlak van gewasbescherming, biotechnologie en digitale landbouwtoepassingen. BASF betreedt hiermee de markt van zaden, niet-selectieve herbiciden en nematicide zaadbehandelingen.
