Nicholas Chaffey

As BASF Canada's Head of People and a member of BASF's Canadian Leadership Team, Nick is responsible for leading a diverse team which develops and executes the strategic direction for the Human Resources and Corporate Communication functions in Canada. These functional plans help drive the Canadian business plan and strategic direction of the organization.

Prior to joining BASF, Nick worked at Shell, where he obtained International and Leadership experience in the Middle East, Asia, Caribbean and across North America within the Human Resources Function.
