Project Operation Manager, Automotive Coatings Solutions (Shanghai)
Meet Huiying, a graduate of the Coatings Young Professional program, now working as a Project Operations Manager, Resin Plant in Shanghai. Huiying is primarily responsible for coordinating strategic projects and is the contact for regional and global resources. In addition to managing projects, she also supports project teams to implement the latest Best Practice solutions and intelligence from earlier projects.

Exciting job opportunities
"While I was a CYP trainee, I was part of the project team tasked with building a new multi-million Euro resin plant in Shanghai. What an exciting opportunity! My three main tasks were studying the finished goods filling operation concept and providing input on the filling station's design; quality control for the lab design and setup; and the design of the cleaning room. I had never been involved in an investment project of this size and was not familiar with the process. However, with strong support and help from my supervisor in Muenster and my future manager in Shanghai, I was able to quickly integrate myself into the project and had a clear picture of what my tasks are and how to deliver them."
