Personnel Changes at BASF

Dirk Elvermann (47), until April 2019 Member of the Board of Wintershall Holding GmbH, Finance, Sales and Commercial, Kassel, will assume, as President, the division Finance. As already announced, his predecessor Marc Ehrhardt (50) will assume responsibility for the establishment of the new division Global Business Services, effective September 1, 2019, and subsequently its leadership.
