Jessie: BASF is the leading chemical company in the world. When you join BASF, you have to be prepared for a wide range of challenges, as well as opportunities, since the company connects to many business segments and has a lot of well-defined processes across the whole organization.

Anup: Approach your experience with an open mind and willingness to learn during your journey with BASF. There are tremendous opportunities that you can enrich your experience and it is up to you how to make the best of them.
