BASF again listed in Dow Jones Sustainability Index

  • BASF share included in DJSI for 15th consecutive year

Ludwigshafen, Germany – September 10, 2015 – BASF was today again included in the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (DJSI World). The company has been especially recognized for its engagement in the areas of innovation management, environmental and social reporting, product stewardship and human capital development. The DJSI World is one of the most renowned sustainability indices and represents the top 10 percent of the largest 2,500 companies included in the Dow Jones Global Index.

The BASF share has been included in the DJSI World for the 15th consecutive year. The listed companies have to demonstrate continuous improvement every year with regard to sustainability and are assessed by analysts from asset manager RobecoSAM.
