June is global Pride Month, when people around the world show their support for the LGBTI movement in many ways. BASF also raises the rainbow flag, a symbol of the movement. We support numerous employee resource groups focusing on LGBTI topics. They offer employees the opportunity to exchange views on LGBTI issues, raise awareness and actively advocate for diversity.
