SLENTITE® – 高性能有機氣凝膠保溫隔熱材料

SLENTITE® 是第一款以聚氨酯為基礎材料生產的高性能氣凝膠保溫隔熱板，與傳統材料相較，僅需一半厚度即可達到相同的性能。

 

將膠體乾燥後可得到機械性質穩定的有機氣凝膠，這種材料含有直徑為50-100奈米的充氣開孔。巴斯夫研究人員據此發明了一種全新的保溫隔熱材料，它可以限制空氣分子的移動，從而減少熱傳遞；同時還能吸收和釋放濕氣。

Slentiteâ ¢ ist die erste Hochleistungsdämmplatte der BASF auf Polyurethanbasis, die bei gleicher Dämmleistung nur halb so viel Platz benötigt wie herkömmliche Materialien. Bei dem organischen Aerogel besteht rund 90 % des Volumens aus mit Luft gefüllten offenen Poren, die lediglich einen Durchmesser von 50 bis 100 Nanometer haben. Dadurch wird die Bewegungsfreiheit der Luftmoleküle einge-schränkt und die Wärme-leitung reduziert. Einsatzgebiete des Hoch-leistungsdämmstoffs sind unter anderem Alt- und Neubauten.
