BASF Asia-Pacific Service Centre Sdn Bhd, also known as Service Hub Kuala Lumpur, is strategically located in the capital city of Malaysia. Since its inception in August 2005, this hub has expanded from 130 employees to over 1,200 employees currently, and is expected to keep growing with the expansion of our Global Business Services and Global Digital Services units.
A majority of our services are ISO9001 certified, ensuring that we meet international standards for quality management systems. This certification reflects our commitment to providing high-quality expertise and services in the areas of finance, controlling, human resources, real estate and facilities management, communications, environmental, health and safety, procurement, import-export order management, and information services.
