Every working day, more than 50,000 employees across Germany make their way to work at BASF. This figure represents roughly half of all BASF staff around the world, with the majority working at our headquarters in Ludwigshafen.

150 Years of BASF

BASF will celebrate its 150th anniversary in 2015. More than 100 events and celebrations are planned at over 25 sites in Germany. Employees, customers, partners, scientists and other BASF stakeholder are invited to the festivities. The range of activities varies from Science Symposia to customer events and from discussion forums on individual topics to anniversary celebrations.
