As a result, there is a need for skilled customer service teams handling all various demands and ensuring deliveries to keep customers satisfied and support the sales teams. Customer orientation and communication skills are important characteristics in building long-lasting relationships. In customer service you are a member of our regional or local customer service team and your tasks can vary from supporting one business unit in one country to multi-divisional regional responsibilities.

As a candidate with previous professional experience, you can join the company directly in a position with responsibility. From the very start, you learn the tasks assigned to you, tools supporting your daily work and experienced colleagues, who facilitate you joining the company.

You are customer oriented, sales minded and have a sense of duty. You communicate smoothly using different tools and languages depending on your customer responsibility area. You handle all kinds of situations with professionalism being the key contact point between our customers and sales teams.

In Nordic countries we have customer service team members in following locations:

  • Denmark: Copenhagen and Rødekro
  • Finland: Helsinki and Riihimäki
  • Norway: Oslo and Sagtua
  • Sweden: Gothenburg and Rosersberg

You will be handling demanding customer service tasks including order handling, follow-up and invoicing in SAP. You will work in close cooperation with customers and external logistics companies as well as our sales and supply chain teams. You are actively in contact with agents and our logistics centre. Depending on the business area, you can be handling customers from different business units and countries or be contact person for one single business.
