We manufacture high-pressure equipment using solid-wall and multi-layer designs as well as high-pressure piping with double jacket for reactors and heat exchangers. Our portfolio includes unit weights of up to 350 t and dimensions of up to 25 m in length with a cross-section of approx. 4 m, while coping with design pressure of up to 5,000 bar at temperatures ranging from -150° C to +500° C.
Cold and hot forming with sheets up to 30 mm thick and 3 m in length
We manufacture pipes and piping components to withstand pressures of between 325 and 3,600 bar with inner diameters of up to 200 mm and lengths of up to 18 m. After the primary material has been accurately cut, semifinished products are manufactured by hammer and/or drop forging and then subjected to heat treatment. After CNC-controlled machining and completion we subject all piping components and fittings to strength testing at pressure tests. A die stamp confirms the testing, allowing all steps performed to be traced at any time – for the highest level of quality from the very start. We are one of only a few manufacturers around the world to also produce high pressure 3D isometrics, which are made using NC bending machines.
We supply on/off valves, control valves and check valves with different gaskets made from graphite or Teflon adapted to your technical requirements.
We also produce T-emergency valves, safety valves and bursting disc devices for you in our high-pressure workshops.
Extraordinary is the design of the T-emergency valve with an inner diameter of up to 89 mm and operating at pressures of up to 3,600 bar to be used as a safety device for LDPE plants. Despite its mass of approx. 3 tonnes it can open extremely fast in less than 200 ms. What is more, its spring-loaded actuator will open automatically should your plant’s power or hydraulic pressure fail.

The highly dynamic thermocouple proven in many LDPE plants around the world is designed for use with process pressures of up to 3.600 bar and responds 2.5 – 3 times faster than conventional models thanks to its patented design. It also offers a unique degree of safety owing to a special production process.
A new development from BASF is the EH model, which is particularly suitable for processes involving certain levels of vibration owing to a new design with optimized mass distribution. This model is available as EH 2 two-wire unit or as EH 4 four-wire unit.
Installation may be done either conventionally with forged ring joint gaskets or with our specially developed sensor lens ring gasket. The sensor lens ring gasket allows measurements to be made in reactors, heat exchangers and pipe systems with up to 8 sensors for measuring temperature and pressure.
