Services for our partners, the European BASF Group
Right from the heart of Berlin, we provide Finance, Controlling, Human Resources and Procurement services with an international team of approximately 2000 employees from over 40 nations worldwide. As Shared Services Center of BASF, we merge our know-how and services in these three areas in the appropriate language for over 250 BASF Group companies throughout Europe. We provide each BASF Group company with high quality services in the appropriate local language.
In the financial sector, our services range from auditing, invoicing and payment transactions to the preparation and compilation of monthly as well as annual financial statements. In the controlling sector, we are bundling the operational reporting in the divisions and regional units of the BASF Group. We operate in the human resources sector providing services, which include recruiting, payroll accounting as well as consultancy on HR issues for BASF employees and executives in the European BASF Group. Our Procurement services include the global purchasing of various positions for the BASF Group, from raw materials to hardware.
We do not need any labs or production facilities to provide our services. But there is one thing we definitely cannot do without at our site: our international and dynamic team. We are 34 years old on average and come from over 40 countries in the world.

Services für unsere Partner in der europäischen BASF-Gruppe
Von Berlin aus erbringen wir mit unserem internationalen Team von rund 2000 Mitarbeitern aus über 40 Ländern der Welt Services in den Bereichen Finance, Controlling, Human Resources und Procurement. Als Shared Services Center der BASF bündeln wir das Know-how und die Leistung in diesen Bereichen für mehr als 250 Gesellschaften der BASF-Gruppe in ganz Europa. Jede Gruppengesellschaft betreuen wir kompetent in ihrer jeweiligen Landessprache.
Dabei reichen unsere Finance Services von der Prüfung und Buchung von Rechnungen über den Zahlungsverkehr bis zur Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen. Im Rahmen der Controlling Services bündeln wir die operativen Berichterstattungen in den verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen und Regionen der BASF-Gruppe. Unsere HR Services umfassen unter anderem die Rekrutierung, die Entgeltabrechnung sowie die Beratung der Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte zu Personalthemen innerhalb der europäischen BASF-Gruppe. Zu unseren Procurement Services zählt der weltweite Einkauf unterschiedlichster Positionen für die BASF-Gruppe, von Rohstoffen bis hin zu Hardware.
