Laurie Menoud

Short bio

Laurie Menoud joined BASF Venture Capital (BVC) as an Investment Manager in June 2018, with a focus on digital technologies. Before joining BVC, she was a Venture & Innovation Manager at SRI International, leading the creation of startups with an emphasis on human augmentation and automation. There, Laurie was also responsible for the commercialization strategy of US government funded projects. Prior to this, she worked as a Business Analyst in Strategy for Innovation at Solvay and began her career as a Microbiologist in a UK startup.

Laurie studied Biochemical Engineering, Genetics and Microbiology at the École Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Luminy. She also holds a Mastère Spécialisé in Business and Innovation from the EMLyon Business School.
