Pride Season at BASF
At BASF, we promote diversity and an inclusive work environment. This includes supporting the LGBTQI+ community - during Pride Month and beyond.
During Pride Month, we organized activities with and for the LGBTQI+ community at many of our sites around the world. For example, we raised the rainbow flag at our corporate headquarters in Ludwigshafen and at other sites in various regions. The topic continues to be important to us after Pride Month and there are still other activities going on in the so-called Pride Season, which runs from June to August. For example, BASF employees participate in Christopher Street Day parades or organize other events for the LGBTQI+ community and its allies.
