Efka® SL 3236
Agent that supports defoaming for a defect-free application.
Efka SL 3236 is an organically modified polysiloxane, soluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, and ketones. It provides leveling and surface smoothness, increased slip and mar-resistance, stabilizes the curtain and improves overspray acceptance. Efka SL 3236 is particularly recommended for non-aqueous coatings such as baking enamels based on alkyd, acrylic or polyester resins, acid-curable or polyurethane wood finishes particularly when applied by curtain coating, self-leveling epoxy flooring compounds, UV-curable paper lacquers and air-drying alkyd systems.
