Non-ionic and 100% active block copolymer surfactant.
Hydropalat WE 3136 is a liquid difunctional block copolymer surfactant terminating in primary hydroxyl groups. It is nonionic and 100% actived with HLB ~7. This block copolymer is based on polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol.
