Each year BASF Australia and New Zealand open applications for our GROW graduate in September, for roles to commence in February the following year.

While the number of positions and type of positions vary each year, in general we seek candidates who:

  • Have degree qualifications in Finance, Agriculture, Chemistry, Science, Commerce/Business, Logistics or associated fields
  • Have recently completed or expecting to finish tertiary qualification by December of that year
  • Possess innovative thinking and willingness to challenge the status-quo
  • Are available for assessment activities between October- November
  • Have unrestricted Australian work rights (citizenship or permanent residency)
  • Have a driver’s license
