BASF Grow Graduate Program


If you’re passionate about science and innovation, the BASF Grow Graduate Program is for you. The program provides training, development and opportunities across a diverse range of fields and roles in the world’s leading chemical company. Each year BASF Australia and New Zealand open applications for our GROW graduate in August, for a roles to commence in March the following year.

While the number of positions and type of positions vary each year, in general we seek candidates who:

  • Have degree qualifications in Agriculture, Chemistry, Science, Commerce/Business, Logistics or associated fields
  • Have recently completed or expecting to finish tertiary qualification by December of that year
  • Possess innovative thinking and willingness to challenge the status-quo
  • Are available for assessment activities between September- November
  • Have unrestricted Australian work rights (citizenship or permanent residency)
  • Have a driver’s license
