We steadily optimize the formulations of binder systems:
• Synthesis of new binder to improve adhesion, cohesion and elasticity, as well as use of silicon sub oxide SiOx and electrochemical neutrality (e.g. minimizing migrating substances).
• Optimize formulation of binder systems in anode slurries (CMC/XSB binder-ratio-optimization) and increasing solids of anode slurry formulations.
• Deepen know-how regarding coating process by influencing parameters on coating quality and examining drying conditions and profiles.
