What we expect:

For START IN Procurement we are looking for good graduates with a business background - with or without a doctorate. We require a good command of German and English. We also expect you to convince us of your personal strengths, which must include a well-developed team spirit and flexibility for performing different tasks, in a personal interview.

Which responsibilities can you expect?

From the very start you will take on demanding activities as a buyer or business analyst. You will be assigned to a unit/position and intensively trained there.

Initially, you will work on projects and will then end in higher operational tasks.

A six-month international assignment gives you the opportunity to get to know the BASF procurement community outside the headquarters in Ludwigshafen.
