Basonat® 

Polyisocyanate crosslinking technologies for high-performance polyurethane coatings.

Basonat polyisocyanates are advanced aliphatic crosslinkers designed for high-performance polyurethane coating systems. Used in combination with hydroxyl-functional binders, they provide the durability, chemical resistance, weatherability, and mechanical performance required in demanding two-component PUR coatings. The portfolio includes low-viscosity and hydrophilized grades that support both solventborne and waterborne formulations across industrial, automotive, wood, and specialty coating applications.

Basonat HA series offers superior lightfast and weather resistance for high solids coatings.

HDI biuret

Basonat HB series offers superior weather and chemical resistance with excellent gloss retention and light stability. These products are compatible with a wide range of resins.
Basonat HB 100
Solvent-free, aliphatic polyisocyanate for lightfast and weather-resistant two-pack polyurethane coatings.
Basonat HB 175 MP/X
Aliphatic polyisocyanate for lightfast and weather-resistant twopack polyurethane coatings. It is an approximately 75% solids solution in a 1:1 blend of 1- methoxy-2-propyl acetate and xylene.

HDI isocyanurate

Basonat HI series offers excellent gloss retention and light stability with outstanding weather, chemical, and abrasion resistance.
Basonat HI 100 NG
Solvent-free, aliphatic polyisocyanate for lightfast and weather-resistant two-pack polyurethane coatings.
Basonat HI 2000 NG
Solvent-free, low viscosity, aliphatic polyisocyanate for lightfast and weather-resistant, two-pack polyurethane coatings.
Basonat HI 3100
An advanced crosslinker that enhances the durability and protective properties of polyurethane coatings.

Water-emulsifiable HDI isocyanurate

Basonat HW series offers excellent gloss retention and light stability with outstanding weather and chemical resistance. Emulsifiable in water with good stability, long pot life, and broad formulation latitude.

Water-emulsifiable, solvent-free, aliphatic polyisocyanate for crosslinking hydroxyl functional emulsions.
Basonat HW 1180 PC
Water-emulsifiable, solvent-free, aliphatic polyisocyanate for crosslinking hydroxyl functional emulsions.
Basonat LR 9056
A water-dispersible polyisocyanate crosslinker designed for acrylic and polyurethane dispersions used in adhesive applications.
