If so, process operator at BASF Antwerpen is the perfect job for you! You have a technical secondary or a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, mechanics or something similar and you already have some years of experience in a similar position.

Depending on the team occupation, you will check, follow up and control processes and installations. At the beginning you will mainly operate the installations at place so you can use this knowledge later in the controlling room. You can expect following tasks:
- Opening and closing of valves
- Starting and stopping of motors and pumps
- Preparation of maintenance and disturbance works.
- The execution of cleaning works
- The process handling of the production installation
- And much more
You work in a continuous 4-shift system.
You can expect an extensive range of training courses with a strong focus on on-the-job training by a skilled and motivated team. The first months you will also receive help from a buddy who will guide you in our company.
