If you’re a bachelor or master student in human resources or psychology, you can do an internship at the HR department of BASF Antwerpen and BASF Belgium Coordination Center Comm. V. With every internship also comes an internship assignment like for example offering support with the annual SIRA selection process or drawing out a method for measuring the overall satisfaction about training courses. To be able to complete an internship at BASF you must be registered at a university during your internship.
