BASF wins PEX award for “Most Innovative Approach to Driving Culture Change”
WYANDOTTE, MI, January 29, 2016 – BASF’s Wyandotte, Michigan site recently accepted the 2016 Process Excellence Network (PEX) award for “Most Innovative Approach to Driving Culture Change”.
The award recognizes success and innovation in driving organizational culture change, and finalists were assessed on originality of approach, evidence of employee engagement and achievement over time, as well as a clear vision for what change is to occur.
“BASF’s Mindsets and Behaviors (M&B) approach to cultural transformation assures that our team wins together and keeps positive change sustainable,” said Greg Pflum, Vice President and General Manager at BASF. “It’s an invaluable and integrated part of the site’s operational excellence program.”
