Leta LaRush

Leta LaRush is the Vice President and Head of BASF Agricultural Solutions Canada. She is based out of the company’s head office in Calgary, Alberta.

In this role, Leta leads the Agricultural Solutions Canadian Leadership Team and is responsible for the division’s activities in Canada. She also serves on the Agricultural Solutions North American Leadership Team and the CropLife Canada board.

Since joining BASF in 2011, Leta has served the company in various roles ranging from corporate affairs, customer strategy, innovation, and marketing. Prior to this role, she held the position of Commercial Director, where she was responsible for leading the commercial strategy for several of BASF’s business units in Canada.
