Eric Klauber

Eric Klauber is BASF Canada’s Windsor Site Director. In this role, Eric is responsible for overseeing the site team, operational production quality, and its Responsible Care and sustainability efforts. In this role, Eric is also a member of the Canadian Leadership Team.

Eric started his career at BASF in 2011 as a Process Development Chemist for the Hannibal Site in Missouri under the company's Professional Development Program. Since then, he has served the company in various roles within Research and Process Development and Operations Management in multiple regions, including Ludwigshafen, Germany; Hannibal, Missouri; Florham Park, New Jersey; and Huntsville, Alabama. Throughout his career, Eric has also invented over 20 patent applications at BASF and authored six peer-reviewed journal articles.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Gettysburg College and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Rutgers University, where he received the 2010-2011 Krishnamurthy Research Award for his thesis in Synthetic Organic Chemistry.
