Histoire de la Fondation BASF

Peu après la création de BASF en 1865, des services sociaux volontaires ont été mis en place pour les employés afin de réduire les difficultés rencontrées par les employés et leurs familles. Depuis l'introduction initiale des fonds sociaux et des centres de loisirs, les services destinés aux employés ont été continuellement développés pour devenir ce qui est connu aujourd'hui sous le nom de BASF Stiftung.
