What we expect:

For START IN Agro Europe, we are looking for candidates who have completed a master’s degree or doctorate with excellent grades in agricultural science or business with a focus on marketing.

It is important that you have a very good command of English. Initial experience from relevant internships is also to your advantage.

Which responsibilities can you expect?

Our 24-month trainee program teaches you to think in interdisciplinary, intercultural terms to prepare you to perform the tasks of a specialist in marketing or sales (product or project management) with the prospect of eventually assuming management responsibility or heading a team or group. It consists of several practical assignments lasting about three to six months each, including an assignment abroad.
