In order to get a first view of your skills and capabilities we will review the details you have provided to us and compare them to the requirements we need for the role.
If your application is taken forward to the next stage, in order for us to get to know you better and for you to find out more about the role and BASF, you will be invited for a technical and competency based interview.
In addition, for some roles we also take an assessment centre approach which can include: psychometric tests including personality questionnaires, presentations work based simulations as well as a technical and competency based interview.
