BASF increases prices for MDI and TDI in ASEAN and South Asia countries

September 11, 2026With immediate effect, or as contract terms allow, BASF will increase prices for its Lupranate® MDI (Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate) basic products and Lupranate® TDI (Toluene Diisocyanate) by $250 per metric ton in ASEAN and South Asia countries.

Price adjustments are necessary in consideration of sustainable business development, as well as continued increases in the cost of raw materials, transportation, and energy.
