BASF India Limited announces Q2 2025-2026 results
Mumbai, India – November 14, 2025 – BASF India Limited (BSE code: 500042) registered Revenue from Operations of Rs. 40,453.3 million for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025 on, as compared to Rs. 42,477.2 million in the same quarter of the previous year.
The Company’s Profit before tax (before exceptional items) stood at Rs. 1,435.0 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to Profit before tax (before exceptional items) of Rs. 1,711.9 million for the corresponding period of the previous year.
For the half-year ended on September 30, 2025, the Company registered Revenue from Operations of Rs. 79,198.7 million, as compared to Rs. 82,146.2 million for the corresponding period of the previous year. Profit before tax (before exceptional items) stood at Rs. 3,311.7 million for the half-year, compared to Profit Before Tax (before exceptional items) of Rs. 4,540.5 million for the corresponding period of the previous year. Profit after tax (after exceptional items) stood at Rs. 2,445.5 million in the second half of 2025, as compared to Profit after tax (after exceptional items) of Rs. 3,485.0 million reported in the corresponding period of the previous year.
