Sie stecken in Tausenden verschiedenen Endprodukten: in Autos, Gebäudedämmung, Verpackungen, Haushaltsgeräten, Staubsaugern oder Druckern. Abdruck honorarfrei. Copyright by BASF.

Styrene Plant Ludwigshafen. The styrene value adding chain begins in the steam cracker. This is where, among others products, ethylene and benzene are extracted from the feedstock naphtha (petroleum). Both basic chemicals are used as raw materials in the production of styrene.
