We place a lot of emphasis on practical experience for our new employees. Therefore for you as a student we also offer you a variety of internship opportunities. The best way is to apply to a specific post within our job listings. If you can spare 3-6 months of your time and regularly check the new internship opportunities, you will be sure to find something.

Bachelor's or Master's theses can also result from an interesting unsolicited application, however this is usually as part of an internship.

You bring commitment, communication skills and enjoy learning from other people. It would be desirable if you have already been able to gain HR experience with activities during your studies or internships and have ideally worked on HR-themed projects.
