BASF is a leading global supplier of aqueous polymer dispersions mainly under the well-known "ACRONAL" brand. We opened the first dispersions plant in South Africa in September 2012 located in Durban.
This production facility serves its customers in the fast growing South African and Sub-Saharan African coatings and construction industry with products based on state-of-the-art technologies. The plant also offers a comprehensive range of acrylic dispersions mainly for the formulation of paints, construction chemicals and paper coatings. In all of these focus markets we develop strong partnerships by bringing value-based solutions through our application know-how and technical expertise.
