In BC Turkey, Middle East and North Africa, the main focus of the Supply Chain department are Customer Service, Purchasing Operatins, Procurement, Site Logistics, Sales Operative Planning, Supply Chain Controlling, Non-conformance Management and Trade Control.
The main responsibilities of Customer Service Department are:
- Order processing of all transaction type order confirmations tı customers.
- Proactive order monitoring and keeping customers updated with regular information pertaining to orders and shipments.
- Preparation and organization of any kind of necessary license and registration documents
- Receivables Management; Monitoring customer overdues.
