In BC Turkey, Middle East and North Africa, the main focus of the Supply Chain department are Customer Service, Purchasing Operatins, Procurement, Site Logistics, Sales Operative Planning, Supply Chain Controlling, Non-conformance Management and Trade Control.
Customer Service
The main responsibilities of Customer Service Department are:
- Order processing of all transaction type order confirmations to customers.
- Proactive order monitoring and keeping customers updated with regular information pertaining to orders and shipments.
- Preparation and organization of any kind of necessary license and registration documents
- Receivables Management; Monitoring customer overdues.

In this work area you are expected to process all transactions with customers, monitor orders and keep the customers update. You will be closely working with sales and finance team.
