We are looking for students with above-average grades to support us in demanding tasks and projects for internships lasting two to six months. In addition to advanced business studies specializing in finance, accounting, taxes, auditing or controlling, this also requires a strong affinity with numbers and systems alongside own initiative and a high level of commitment.

You look forward to working in a global environment, are motivated to work in a team and also stand out as a result of your confident and friendly manner. You are equally comfortable working in German or in English.

As an intern or working student in the BASF finance community, you support us for example in Credit Risk Management where you will have the opportunity to be involved in preparing and assessing global customer analyses and acquiring experience in creating financial analyses to assess creditworthiness.

Alternatively you may contribute your theoretical skills in financial reporting and implement these to create monthly, quarterly and annual accounts to IFRS and national accounting regulations.

You will support us for example in coordinating the Compliance and Risk Management process or creating monthly, quarterly and annual account statements.

Diverse projects and work in international and competent teams round off the range and variety of starting opportunities. Your induction will be "on the job" under the guidance of an experienced employee.

During your internship or placement with us you will get comprehensive insight into our work and can complement your academic knowledge with practical experience.

You will work in a highly qualified team and can make important contacts - which may help bring you back to BASF once your studies have ended.
