1. Senior Laboratory Technician in Geismar, Louisiana
BASF’s Verbund site in Louisiana is looking for a senior laboratory technician to conduct complex tests, analyze samples and ensure data is accurate and reliable, and provide guidance to junior technicians, all the while adhering to safety regulation.
To apply for this position, you will need a two-year associate’s degree in analytical testing or a similar field, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment and experience working with laboratory instrumentation.
2. DevOps Engineer in Mississauga, Canada
The Global Digital Services team in Canada is hiring an experienced professional with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Software Engineering or similar, with at least three years of experience in outward processing relief (OPR) or supply planning, and a solid understanding of the supply chain planning process.
The new hire will be in charge of further developing the new Supply Chain Planning Framework as well as rolling it out to different businesses across the world, and working closely with commercial teams and stakeholders in supply chain.
3. Laboratory Technician I in Geismar, Louisiana
The Geismar site in Louisiana is looking for candidates for Laboratory Technician I, who will need to ensure process samples, raw materials, intermediates and finished goods are tested to according to the Company Quality Policy, and that the equipment is suitable for the task at hand.
To apply for this position you will need to hold a two-year associate’s degree in chemistry or a technical degree in analytical testing or similar, as well as a clear understanding of how to operate, calibrate and maintain laboratory instrumentation, and be physically capable of lifting 30-50 pounds.

The Agricultural Solutions team in North Carolina is hiring an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with specific businesses to actively pursue specific goals and implement strategies, develop and execute an organization plan, manage local, regional or global programs and provide change management support and coaching to develop managers and leaders, in a hybrid work model.

5. Color Matcher in Whitehouse, Ohio
The Coatings team at BASF’s site in Whitehouse is hiring a Color Matcher to create refinish color formulae, including color development and adjustment, as well as weighing and applying paint, while following all safety, healthy and environmental regulations and policies in the laboratory.
Candidates will need to have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or similar fields, or have at least five years of experience in color, have knowledge of the automotive refinish business as well as the ability to work in a lab and as part of a team, among other requirements.

6. Production Supervisor in Vidalia, Louisiana
If you are looking for vacancies in Louisiana, the BASF site in Vidalia is hiring! Join the Catalysts team as production supervisor to ensure overall performance of the area supervised in terms of safety, productivity and costs, and supervise daily shifts of the workforce. You will be in charge of driving performance as well as identifying and correcting equipment problems and training needs from operators, among other responsibilities.
To apply for this position, you will need to hold a high school diploma or general educational development (GED) certification, five years of experience in operations, and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
7. QC Laboratory Technician Apprentice in Spartanburg, South Carolina

As a Lab Technician Apprentice in the Spartanburg site, you will work along with the rest of the team that develops surfactants for the personal care and cleaning industry. 8. Senior I/E Technician in Freeport, Texas
The Monomers team in BASF’s Verbund site in Freeport is hiring a Senior Instrumentation & Electrical Technician to install, maintain and integrate different types of process control equipment in the site, as well as make repairs and provide recommendations to implement new control logics.
Candidates interested in this position will need to hold a two-year degree in I/E and have at least two years of experience in the field, or otherwise have an instrumentation degree and five years of experience in I/E.
9. Project Engineering Manager in Chattanooga, Tennessee
If you hold a chemical or mechanical engineering bachelor’s degree and have at least 15 years of experience in project design or management and have a strong working knowledge of exothermic polymerization reactions for batch and continuous operations, and are looking for a position in Tennessee, BASF’s site in Chattanooga is looking for you!
As Project Engineering Project, you will be in charge of supervising and guiding project engineers and managers in their respective projects to ensure they are delivered in the best way possible and with technical excellence, as well as developing and maintaining the site capital plan, among other responsibilities.
10. Assistant Site Controller in Seneca, South Carolina
The Seneca site in South Carolina manufactures advanced catalytic materials and engineered chemical products for numerous industries, and is hiring an assistant site controller to work together with the Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational excellence, optimize processes and comply with corporate accounting policies and procedures.
For this position, applicants will need to hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar fields, and at least three years of experience in Controlling, Finance or Supply Chain and have demonstrated proficiency in IFRS standards, among other requirements.
