Hiring Process

Please be advised of a scam currently circulating on various social media platforms, especially Telegram, that features someone impersonating a BASF hiring agent. The person makes an unsolicited job offer for a position in exchange for money to purchase work assets. BASF will never ask for anything in exchange for a job offer. All legitimate job postings at BASF can be found and applied to through our global  Jobs Portal.

Interviews are conducted after all initial screenings have been completed. We strive to make the interview process as efficient as possible.

You may be invited to individual or panel interviews. BASF conducts behavior-based interviews, so be prepared to discuss how your past experiences have shaped your qualifications for the position.

Once all interviews have taken place, the hiring team will make a final decision and an offer will be extended. Information regarding BASF's competitive compensation and benefits will be shared with you, and you will have the opportunity to ask us questions to clarify anything that may be unclear.

Almost there! Once you have accepted our offer, we will begin the process of conducting required background and reference checks.
