Therefore, we are not able to offer sponsorship for every one of our positions; these decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. We no longer accept general applications, CVs or resumés via email. For Professional roles, you can only apply to a specific vacancy found through our Job Search Engine. If you sign up for our Search Agent service, we’ll email you with notifications of new vacancies matching your preferred criteria when they arise. For Student and Graduate opportunities into our Professional Development Program, applications are accepted year-round.
Yes. When considering candidates for a particular position, BASF considers applicants who demonstrate their interest in the position by applying online to that specific position. As a result, you need to specifically apply for the position to be considered. BASF, moreover, uses this information for applicant tracking purposes as required by applicable law.
Typically the next steps are, if there is a mutual interest to pursue opportunities further, to schedule onsite interviews. Our University Recruitment team will coordinate directly with you how and when that would occur.

Typically after an onsite interview, you can expect to hear back within a two-week timeframe from one of our Human Resources representatives. However, due to the position, travel schedules, and other factors, it can take a bit longer.
