BASF to increase prices for dispersions and resins in North America

CHARLOTTE, NC, January 5, 2021 – Effective immediately or as contracts allow, BASF’s Dispersions and Resins business will increase prices for its product lines in North America by up to 10%. These product lines include BASF brands Acrodur®, Acroflor®, Acronal®, AQACell®, Basonal®, Butofan®, Butonal®, Contoura®, Joncryl®, Laroflex®, Laromer®, Laropal®, Luphen®, Lutonal®, Luwipal®, Plastopal®, Sovermol®, Styrofan®, Styronal® and Vinapor®.

BASF to increase prices for Formulation Additives in North America

CHARLOTTE, NC, January 5, 2021 – Effective immediately or as contracts allow, BASF’s Formulation Additives business will increase prices for its product lines in North America by up to 10%. These product lines include BASF brands Attaflow®, Attagel®, Calsan®, Dispex®, Efka®, Foamaster®, Foamstar®, Hydropalat®, Loxanol®, Micro-sorb, Rheovis®, and Sterocoll®.

BASF to increase price for neopentylglycol in North and South America  

FLORHAM PARK, NJ, December 11, 2020 – Effective January 1, 2021 or as existing contracts permit, BASF will increase its price for all grades of neopentylglycol (NEOL®/NPG) in North America by $0.09 USD/lb and in South America by $200 USD/ton.

BASF to increase prices for select polyetheramines in U.S. and Canada  

FLORHAM PARK, NJ, December 9, 2020 – Effective January 1, 2021 or as existing contracts permit, BASF will increase its prices in the United States and Canada for select polyetheramine products.

FLORHM PARK, NJ, December 1, 2020 - Effective January 1, 2021 or as existing contracts permit, BASF will increase its price in North America for dimethylaminopropylamine (DMAPA) by $0.07/lb.
