BASF and Bunge today announced that Bunge will process InVigor Gold™ canola seed, BASF’s breakthrough canola-quality Brassica juncea hybrid. This represents a key step toward commercialization as BASF prepares for the U.S. launch in 2027. 

BASF today announced that Cheniere Energy, Inc. has commissioned Durasorb^®LNG MAX technology at its LNG facility in Corpus Christi, Texas (the “CCL Facility”). Durasorb installation at the CCL Facility began in 2025 and is now in place on multiple mid-scale and large-scale liquefaction trains. Cheniere plans to complete installation and commissioning of Durasorb across the remaining CCL Facility liquefaction trains by the end of 2027.

BASF is helping farmers work smarter with the launch of xarvio^® CONNECT 2.0, the next generation portable hardware device making its debut in North America. The device enables secure and seamless data exchange between xarvio FIELD MANAGER and compatible machinery terminals. It provides fast access to in-field insights, simplifies map transfer to machines and works across a wide range of terminals, optimizing crop management, saving time and enabling more-informed operational decisions.
 

Following FDA approval of Bemotrizinol, BASF is authorized to market and sell Tinosorb S in the U.S. under its license agreement with DSM Nutritional Products LLC. Tinosorb S is a globally recognized broad-spectrum UV filter known for its exceptional photostability and performance in advanced sunscreen formulations.

Nineteen students from across the Chattanooga area have completed BASF’s TECH Academy. The week-long immersive program delivered in partnership with Chattanooga State Community College introduces students to technical and craft careers through real-world industry access, hands-on skills training and direct mentorship from working professionals.
