acResin® acrylic hot-melt polymers

acResin UV crosslinkable acrylic hot-melt polymers are ideal for pressure sensitive adhesives for permanent and/or temporary paper labels, tape and specialty applications. The acResin technology combines the advantages of acrylic copolymers with those of hot melt processing. Free of water and solvents, these adhesives have many significant advantages over conventional adhesives in terms of processing and environmental impact.

acResin A 204 UV
UV acrylic hot-melt polymer designed to accept tackifier. Offers good adhesion, high cohesion with adjustable pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) properties.
acResin A 250 UV
UV acrylic hot-melt polymer with excellent clarity & water resistance. Offers good balance of adhesion and cohesion with the ability to cure at higher coating weights.
acResin A 260 UV
UV acrylic hot-melt polymer with very high cohesion and excellent aging. Heat & water resistance with high clarity and adjustable PSA properties.

UV acrylic hot-melt polymer with low adhesion, moderate cohesion. Recommended for removable/freezer applications. Offers excellent aging, heat and water resistance with high clarity and adjustable PSA properties.
