STYROFAN® styrene-butadiene binders

STYROFAN carboxylated styrene-butadiene binders are used in a variety of applications, including building materials, carpet, construction coatings, infrastructure and nonwovens.

    STYROFAN 1186
    Styrene-butadiene binder used to create latex modified concrete for stronger, longer-lasting lasting bridge decks and parking garages
  2. 2
    STYROFAN 4104
    Unique styrene-butadiene polymer emulsion offering very low water uptake and vapor transmission and is both APEO- and ammonia-free.

    STYROFAN 4306
    High-performance, water-based carboxylated styrene-butadiene binder for use in polyester nonwoven abrasives.

    STYROFAN ND 614
    High performance styrene-butadiene polymer emulsion with excellent cement and mortar compatibility.

    STYROFAN ND 623
    Low odor styrene-butadiene binder used in high-end cementitious applications.

    STYROFAN NX 1492
    APEO-free styrene-butadiene binder for waterproofing and air weather barriers.

    STYROFAN NX 4215 

    Low odor, low ammonia carboxylated dispersion that provides toughness and excellent water resistance for carpet backing applications.

    STYROFAN NX 4628
    Low odor, ammonia-free styrene butadiene binder used in the formulation of laminating adhesives. It provides toughness and water resistance in the finished formulation.

    STYROFAN NX 6690 X
    Modified polyacrylate that is pH-independent and has a wide-spread compatibility in most commonly used waterborne decorative coatings.
