Hydropalat WE 3317 is a liquid, difunctional block copolymer surfactant terminating in primary hydroxyl groups. It is a nonionic surfactant that is 100% active and relatively nontoxic with HLB ~7-12. This block copolymer based on polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol.
